A. This is different for every client and every event. A quick introductory call or meeting can be set to discuss the event and the strategy that will best fit your needs. You may be further along in the planning process than you realize!

A. Absolutely. Budgeting tools and cost-saving ideas specific to your event come standard with every package. We can work together to develop a realistic budget and determine how you can get the most out of your event. We can also discuss current event cost trends so you have an accurate idea of typical expenses. Events can be nicely styled based on any budget.
Q. What are the benefits of hiring a planner?
A. As a planner, Erin provides her organizational expertise, tips on event flow, vendor contacts, and other logistical perks. But most of all, she provides peace of mind so you can enjoy the event as much as your guests will. Erin can take over as little or as many planning tasks she needs to in order to ensure the success of your event.
Q. Do you work with local vendors?
A. Yes, primarily with the top vendors in the Nelson & Marlborough regions. Erin has worked with several amazing regional vendors over the years and has found that there is someone to match every event. No commission is received for recommending vendors – only the best vendors per the budget, look and feel of each event are recommended to clients. Erin has a list of preferred vendors, but can also work with the vendor of your choice.
